I had some steamed spinach with my scrambled eggs this morning, but this video reminded me that I need to stock up on some dried seaweed (my son loves it and it makes a great school lunch snack).

Steamed spinach is not the most delicious vegetable but it's a vitamin bomb and good choice for weight loss program.

Sweeten your desserts, foods and drinks with honey in its place of white sugar. Cutting back on processed sugary products insures that your body is absorbing additional nutrients and consuming fewer calories. If you do have a craving for something sweet, use honey in place of sugar.
