Jogging to Lose Weight

My name is Ben Davis. On December 25th, 2008, I decided to get my life together. I weighed 360 pounds and was a miserable person.
Then I started jogging.
Then did a 5K.
The pounds started falling off.
I ran a 10K.
And a sprint triathlon.
Then I did a half-marathon.
I kept losing weight.
And kept running.
Then I did a full marathon.
I decided to keep going.
Then I did an Ironman.
If you want to do something with your life, if you really want to do it, just do it. I promise that you can. You just have to do it. And when you do, you’ll be happier for it.

I have to agree that exercise is the only solution to lose weight, especially if you can jog 30 to 60 mins a day.

It's a real amazing story. I used to weight 93kg when I was 13 years old. It was an embarrassment time of life. I get bullied and name calling. So I started to eat less and stop drinking too much milk. It was milk that makes me overweight because without any exercise, it'll turn to fat. Than when I was 18, I was 62kg. I was satisfied with my body and happy. Now I'm 21, I became very lazy and unmotivated when I was sed to be. Now I weight 75kg. What should I do? Is forcing myself is the only way to change my habit?
