Inspirational Weight Loss Video

Here's a very inspirational story of a woman who recently lost over 100 pounds in less than ten months. She initially weighed 266 pounds. In the before photo here, she weighed 255 pounds last August. In the 'after' photo she weighs 145 pounds by May.

Check out her very beautiful and inspirational video where she shows her weight loss progress over one year.

Great video!!! I love blogs and stories like this because it really shows that losing weight is not an impossible journey. It can be done with a little hard work in the gym and some improvement on our diets. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years, but before that I lost over 36 pounds because I had found myself in an unhealthy lifestyle where I never worked out and ate horrible foods.

Very inspirational story indeed. I know people who are struggling to lose 20 pounds, and this lady lost 100! I like her smile and victorious spirit.

Your quest to loss some weight if you are interested, will not see the light until you identify why you are fat in the first instance and then work to avoid all the identified reasons. Though in the beginning, a lot of fat people do not want to accept that they are fat and usually pick a quarrel if anyone makes an observation, there comes a time when they can no longer hide from it.

Weight loss is certainly possible!!! As I was going through my own physical transformation, my personality and the view of the world transformed SO much that I decided to pursue nutrition as my future career.
Today, I am a registered dietitian in private practice in NYC and I LOVE helping others on their path to success. The best part? I understand exactly how my clients feel every step of the way.
Kudos to all who have gotten to their goal and those who are still in the process!!!!!!!!

I tried to comment before, but I don't think it saved. :-/ I watched this video and started reading (and subscribed to) her blog. It's so motivational to see someone who has accomplished all I hope to accomplish. This even inspired me to start my own weight loss blog (http://102togo.blogspot.com). It's hard to say it's impossible when you've seen someone else achieve it, and that's all the motivation I really need.

Body Types said...

Weight loss success also involves following and sticking to a diet scheme altered to your body type. Body types include.. ectomorph, endomorph or mesomorph. Most of us are a mixture of two.

I myself sadly am half endomorph and mesomorph. But that never let me down! I followed a strict diet and Im atm 40 pounds lighter than what I use to be last year :)
