Bad Mood Foods

Brandon, age 22, was not overweight but he suffered from depression, low energy, exhaustion and panic attacks for two years. He was on anti-depressants plus going to therapy but these were not helping.

All the while, his diet was never examined. Breakfast was several cans of Mountain Dew, a high-caffeine soda. He ate pizza, chips, French fries and candy throughout the day, and dinners were often Hot Pockets and snack foods.

"I was never overweight, so diet was never something I thought about. I was not eating any fresh fruits or vegetables," he said.

Check out the intereresting article about how food affects mood.

Depression for me was teh number 1 reason that I put on a bunch of weight. My BF broke up with me and I just got into that mental funk and couldnt climb out.

Thanks for actually detailing some of the REAL reasons we put wait on!

P.S if you want some extra help google actaslim as I took that for around 2 months and lost nearly 20 pounds along with exercise.

Anti-depressants can also cause weight gain. I'm on psych meds and I was told that it could cause weight gain. I have in fact gained about 40 lbs in 2 years of being on the drugs. I'm currently trying to lose the weight.

One day I will be one of your weight loss success stories!

This is an amazing thing, I had no idea that food actually changed your mood like this. I cannot believe it! I knew that people liked to eat junk food when they were sad. I guess this all makes sense. People over eat because they are depressed and that ends up making them obese. When people are eating healthy and taking care of their bodies, they have better moods. It helps them to stay happy and calm, healthy equals happy. Thank you so much for this amazing story, it was every enlightening and informative. I learned a lot from your blog.

Studies have shown that people give up on their diets because it becomes too difficult to ignore their appetites and eventually the feelings of hunger and deprivation finally lead them to give up and go off their diets.

There are many Herbal weight loss capsules available on the market to buy, all claiming that by taking these supposedly 'safe' supplements you will suddenly, like magic lose weight. What is unknown to many purchasers is that these capsules are not always as 'natural' as they seem. Even though they appear to be made of totally natural herbal, organic ingredients many actually contain harmful chemicals that have very nasty and detrimental side effects.

A lot of them are contaminated with ingredients that are not even approved by the FDA or even clinically or medically proven to work. So not only will you be wasting unnecessary money on a product that more than likely won't help you to lose weight, you could risk doing yourself serious harm long term. And since everybody is different, one person will be able to tolerate the ingredients with no problem, but the other may not and weight loss may not be the only problem they will have to deal with.

The other downside with herbal weight loss pills is that you have to remember to take them every single day and it can be easy to forget especially in today's busy society. Many will also require quite radical changes to your diet and need a considerable amount of exercise to attain any effect on your weight whatsoever.

Merely taking herbal supplements alone might not be enough to fight the flab. Not only this, any nutrients in the herbal weight loss pills are often destroyed by the stomach and liver before reaching the bloodstream. As little as 5% of goodness is absorbed by the body when taking supplements orally. They can also be very pricey and unknown to many, you could literally be throwing your money away.

There is a much safer alternative to this problem. And that is the Slim Weight Patch by Roduve. It is an herbal weight loss patch, completely safe and free of any side effects.

It is highly effective, very simple to use and will work 24/7 as you apply the patch daily, using its revolutionary trans-dermal technology it delivers its potent ingredients directly through the skin where it is needed for maximum absorption. It increases metabolism and ensures you are burning off the calories in a controlled and safe manner.

It is pharmaceutically developed, so you can be sure of the authenticity of the product and be sure you are using a product that really works. With no fuss, simply applying the discreet patch everyday and forgetting it is even there, knowing it is business as usual as you go on about your day while losing weight quickly and easily.

The Slim Weight Patch is great value for money and even comes complete with a 180 day money guarantee so it really is money well spent.

As much as possible we should avoid bad mood foods especially those of us who are busy at work and are always stressed. They'll only cause depression and other mental problems.
