Losing Sixty Pounds by Jogging
James has lost over 60 pounds in seven months by training for a half marathon. He says;
Over seven months ago, my wife made a suggestion: that we get in shape by training for a half marathon. I believe I laughed out loud at the suggestion. I've never been a runner, nor any type of athlete for that matter. The last time I ran over a mile at one time was during middle school..."

Congrats on the weight loss!
I recently started eating right and replaced one meal a day with a healthy shake. The shake I am drinking has all the fruits and vegetables and vitamins that are required for one day. It fills me up and tastes delicious.... I no longer crave fast food and I have the energy back that I had in my teen years....

Hi Friends, I just lost 35 pounds and reached a plateau. So to put it up a notch I bought the Burn & Clear. WOW! I’m only on day 3, but I lost 3.5 pounds in one day two. Great post, i like your point of view, i can't agree totlay with what you're saying, because me and my wife lost 56 lbs in 2 months together. I think that you don't want it enough, and when you do decide to take your body to a fat loss journey you'll succed.

I never try jogging coz im too lazy to do that.but your right there is a lot of story that they lose weight by jogging. Im glad your one of those.
Hello, just wanted to comment on your page and let you know that i enjoyed viewing your weightloss journey. i myself went through basically the same issues as an overweight person. I hated it!
