Losing Weight by Running
David has lost over 160 pounds in under one year. He used to weight 360 and now weighs just under 200.
He did this by changing his eating habits and by starting a running program. He's training for his first marathon. A year ago he couldn't run 18 yards, last week he ran 18 miles.

I love hearing successful weight loss stories like these. I lost 70 pounds in six months only after I was rushed to the hospital and found out I was a diabetic. Losing the weight changed a lot of things for me though and I know longer have to take insulin. It even inspired me to write about my experience.

To my opinion running is a good way to loose your weight but not the best.
The best (or maybe the best) sports form to loose weight is walknig when your maximum pulse is 130.
