Another diet! I like reading diet books, but maybe I could skip this one. Having luck with my own diet. Too many diets out there for me!

I've tried various low-carb, low-calorie, and low-fat diets for the past couple of years. Although the Atkins diet is very popular, it made me feel somewhat unhealthy.
The diet plan I'm on right now is the Medifast Diet. The caloric intake is roughly 800-1000 calories. However, it doesn't make my body feel weak. It is a bit of a pricey diet, but there are plenty of coupons available on the internet (i.e. http://www.swoopup.com/stores/deals/Medifast-Diet). You should never pay full price.
My advice is just choose a diet plan which your body reacts positively to. No one knows your body better than you do!
Now that's a way to eat! Adding lots of fiber to the daily diet is definitely the way to go.
Thanks for the post- to be honest I'm kinda torn on whether or not tons of fiber is always good for us, but most experts say it doesnt hurt so I should try to eat more :-p

What a smart idea! It's more about what you take in then how much you take in. There are limits though which I'm sure this book explains. I follow a similar diet plan and it works great.

I hightly believe in adding a lot of fiber to ones diet. Although I am unfamiliar with the high fiber diet of this article, I do know that Weight Watcher's puts an empasis on fiber and that diet is proven to work.
