Hi there some great stories there very inspiring to say the least.. i a agree the majority of weight loss stories i see on blogs are about woman so it's good to see some men acheiving their weight loss goals
When looking on that nutrition label, it's pretty low in saturated fat (which is unhealthy), yet high in mono and polyunsaturated fats. Those 2 fats are great at lowering your "bad" cholesterol, and raising your "good" cholesterol. Also, it has a lot of protein. And yes, it's great to eat when trying to lose weight, just don't overeat it. Oh and for your last question, saturated fats raise your cholesterol and of course make you fat. Trans fat is the worst of all, it will clog you arteries and give you bad blood problems.
