Good Food Ideas for Weight Loss
I came across a good article today reminding me of some of the healthiest foods I haven't eaten for a while. They discuss foods that help promote weight loss and help us avoid bloating. Their list includes sardines, eggs, oats, lentils and blueberries.

I think this was an interesting list. As I lost weight and got fit I ate a lot of these foods without even realizing the health benefits. I also liked the workout suggestions, especially the ones for the arms. Thanks for a good link!
